Ta, da….Emma and James – A Fulham Palace Wedding
The inbox bleeped and in came a twitter mail from James Readhead from Caversham Photography. “Dave, are you free on 22nd September to help out with shooting the wedding of James G-M.” September was a very busy month for me and it was my first day-off for a long time, but how could I resist…James is such a lovely guy, I had to say yes. James G-M is also a fantastic wedding photographer and that added that little extra pressure! I met James G-M a few years ago whilst shooting a bridal shoot at Mayfield Lavender Farm in Surrey, we got on really well and shot all day together. So I felt honoured to be part of this wonderful time in his life. I hadn’t met Emma yet, but I guessed she would be someone a little special…and she is!
So enough already, if you haven’t already whizzed passed this waffle and gone straight to the shots below then you’re nearly there. I have been very lucky this year meeting so many wonderful people. This wedding just adds to that ever growing list, thank you Emma and James.
It would also be very wrong of me not to mention the lovely guests especially a small group…quote from the day “Who’s cheese can you not take?” Answer on the bottom please! Also on the hit list was Rob Dunlop from Pretty in White a fabulous wedding videographer that had more kit to move around than the average house move!
As always, those are my ramblings, these are their wedding photos…enjoy and before you go back to eBay, Google or Facebook, remember to leave some lovely comments or just some blog love for Emma and James.
